Consultation Appointments
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
Surgical Procedures
Cancellation policies for surgical procedures are outlined in your surgical consent forms and discussed during your pre-operative consultation. Deposits for surgical procedures may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
